After graduating from Tufts University with a BA in Art History and French, Cindy spent 2 years as an artist with Hallmark Cards in Kansas City. She subsequently moved to Chicago and worked in illustration studios, including Higgins, Hegner, Genovese; Moonink Phase2, and Jack O'Grady Graphics. She began her own illustration business when she returned to her native San Francisco, where she and her husband--now comfortable empty nesters woohoo!--raised three sons.
Cindy has spent many hours working in the public eye--sketching on-site, designing large outdoor chalkboards and calligraphing Mothers Day and Christmas cards for Hermes at Bloomingdales.
She is also a commercial actor for film, TV, web and print, represented by LOOK Talent, San Francisco. Clients include, Ancestry.com, Google and Charles Schwab.
